All investments are made with the eye on maximising profits, we registered this company with main goal of diverging into Game Farming and Lodge developments. R&R has invested time, effort and shortly will be investing funds in a 200 bed venue, a 300 seat wedding venue cum conference center, a 50 bed glamping facility and a 50 bed 5 star Game Lodge. The property which will be used for this project has been purchased by Windpomp Beleggings and will developed and managed by R&R for a period of 20 years initially. All asset developments will eventually be transferred to the property owner. A roadside facility for travellers and tourists will be developed on a portion of the property which will amongst others cater for restaurant goers, craft beer drinkers and most importantly have facilities for children of visitors. This will be a day visit area on this 2000 plus hectare farm and will also cater for mountain bikers, hikers, game drives, foodies and the wary traveller.
The farm is home to more than 200 species of plains and bush game and hundreds of species of plants. The biodiversity of the property lends itself to being marketed as a destination of choice for ecotourism. The property is approximately 35 kilometers from Middelburg and Groblersdal and feature many cliffs, ravines and waterways. Presently the property can accommodate about 80 visitors but this will be the focus of the new project development.
